3. User Registration and Account Security

5. Auction Process and Binding Nature

All auctions conducted on our platform are legally binding agreements. By participating in auctions, you agree to the following:

For Bidders

• All bids placed are final and legally binding
• The highest bidder at auction end is obligated to complete the purchase
• Winning bidders must pay within 7 days of auction close
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension and legal action

For Sellers

• Listed domains must be owned and transferable by the seller
• Sellers must transfer domains within 7 days of payment receipt
• Reserve prices, if set, are binding minimums
• Sellers cannot cancel auctions with active bids

Payment Processing

We use secure escrow services for all transactions. Payments are held until domain transfer is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include:

7. Domain Transfers and Ownership

Domain ownership transfer is a critical part of our service:

Seller Responsibilities

• Ensure domain is unlocked and transferable
• Provide authorization codes (EPP codes) when required
• Respond to transfer requests within 48 hours
• Maintain domain registration until transfer completion

Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information for transfer
• Approve transfer requests promptly
• Ensure receiving registrar account is set up
• Pay all applicable transfer and renewal fees

Transfer Disputes

If domain transfer issues arise, our support team will mediate. In cases where transfer cannot be completed due to seller non-compliance, full refunds will be processed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Respect for intellectual property is paramount in domain transactions:

Trademark Compliance

• Users must not list domains that clearly infringe registered trademarks
• We comply with UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy)
• Trademark holders may file complaints through our dispute process
• Infringing domains will be removed upon valid complaint

All content on DomainUI Auctions, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

Domain Due Diligence

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on domains, including:

• Checking trademark conflicts
• Verifying domain history and reputation
• Assessing SEO value and traffic
• Understanding renewal requirements and costs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainUI Auctions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
• Issues arising from third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £1,000 or the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is less.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:
